Chris Taylor is the Managing Broker of Keller Williams 1Advantage, bringing more than 20 years of real estate experience and a strong commitment to leadership, education, and agent development. Licensed in both Iowa and Illinois, Chris combines extensive industry knowledge with hands-on experience as a successful producing agent.

As Managing Broker, Chris is passionate about creating an environment where agents feel supported, challenged, and equipped to grow. She provides guidance in contracts and compliance, coaches agents through difficult situations, leads training and professional development, and works to build a collaborative culture where agents can learn from one another.

Chris believes great leadership isn’t about simply giving people answers—it’s about helping them develop the knowledge, confidence, and skills to make good decisions on their own. She leads with high standards, accountability, and a genuine desire to see others succeed.

Throughout her career, Chris has continued to invest in her own education, earning multiple professional designations and completing extensive sales, negotiation, leadership, and real estate training. She brings that experience back to the agents she serves, believing that when leaders continue to learn and grow, they create stronger opportunities for everyone around them.

Outside of real estate, family is at the center of Chris’s life. She is a wife, mom, and proud grandmother who loves spending time with her family and cheering on her grandchildren at their activities and sporting events. She enjoys country living, horses and animals, and the quieter moments that come with life outside of the city.

Chris loves learning new things, challenging herself, and finding ways to continue growing both personally and professionally. She’s also a big believer in maintaining a positive mindset, setting goals, and being intentional about the life and business she is building.

For Chris, being a Managing Broker is more than overseeing transactions and compliance. It’s about developing people, strengthening the office culture, protecting the professionalism of the industry, and helping agents build businesses and careers they are proud of—while never losing sight of the family, relationships, and experiences that make the hard work worthwhile.
